Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

T-Sheets is used to clock in and out and use PTO for our company that includes 5 clinics. It is nice that is has a phone app because if I am out of town working I can always clock in and out from my phone. I like that it is web based so I can do anything from anywhere, such as approve timecards from another state.

We used ADP in the past and it is not very user friendly at all.
T-sheets works well for our company because it is easy to use and I do not want to spend a lot of time teaching employees how to use a clock in/out system.
T-sheets is very user friendly and easy to teach others to use as well. I
love the phone app that allows me to edit employees timecards or clock
them out from out of the office. I just recently ran into an issue with
the app syncing with the desktop and inquired about it using T-sheets
chat. Very very prompt response with 100% efficiency. She knew right
away what was wrong and helped me to fix it. I don't have a lot of time
to spend on this kind of thing so I very much appreciate the quick and
accurate customer service. T-Sheets will always get 5 stars from me!!!! Elaina M. helped me and she was GREAT!!!
