Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets is AWESOME! We are using it for our company to manage their time. Previously we were unsure if an employee actually worked the amount of time stated or clocked in and out for lunch. I am also helping out my clients by introducing them to TSheets as well to solve some of their issues including utilizing the GPS tracker so that they can see where the employees are when they are clocking in.

  • Customer Support - I just chatted with Shannon and she was able to help me adjust a setting. All the support team seems to be knowledgeable, energetic, helpful and very nice! It is like the Southwest Airlines version of Time Tracking! :)
  • Make the scheduling so it just recurs until you change it instead of just a year out.
  • We do not have to be present to know when the employees are here at work
  • We know what times they work and do not have to write it down to make sure that they are claiming the correct hours for payroll
Employees can manually enter their time in QBO and basically claim hours that they did not work. This is why I selected TSheets!
Well suited for remote workers - you can see where they are and when they clock in or out, tracking time of the employees - I especially love the picture that it takes when the employees log in.
