Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We love TSheets at our company for accurate time tracking, supporting our billing and highly recommend the product regularly to clients. Our criteria for referrals on business proficiency applications includes the expectation of outstanding support... the support group at TSheets is the best. I just was helped by Elaina M., she was right on!
  • I was getting regular notices regarding a client's TSheets subscription; Elaina M helped me change these notification to the client
  • We needed help resolving an error, the support team fixed the problem within 20 min.
  • What could be improved...we are big users of QuickBooks-we would appreciate the addition of more dash board statics
  • The increased accuracy of billable time has paid for TSheet 10 fold
