Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
Most recently I used TSheets Live Chat customer service. Elaina M. was helping me figure out the best report to run for the data I wanted. She walked me through a couple different kinds until we found the one that worked best for the data I wanted. I give her a 5 star rating!!
- Customer Service - Best I've ever experienced ANYWHERE!!
- Updating and improving their system and programs.
- Desire to receive feedback for improvements from customers like me.
- Few areas would be great to have more customized features. But I understand that not everything for everyone can be done. There has to be a cost/benefit to it for the most demanding features.
- Cut payroll processing time more than half.
- Improved overtime tracking.
- Before we had no way to bill hours to certain jobs. Now we can, which helps with our accounting books.
Tsheets was actually the first one we tried out and it was such a perfect fit for us. I didn't need to try any other ones. Since our hours tracking varies for multiple jobs in a day per employee. I figured it would be difficult to find another program that could do it, much less the time it would take to POSSIBLY find something else. I decided to just stay with Tsheets and have not regretted it. Actually our decision has only been reinforced as a great decision the more we used it.
