Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

It is used across the entire organization.
  • It allows employees to clock in and out, with geolocation tracking.
  • It allows me to create schedules.
  • It allows my employees to write me notes regarding the clock in and outs.
  • It allows me to have a clock in kiosk that takes photos so that I can make sure the person clocking in is actually the person that clocked in.
  • It helps me keep track of hours and make sure my employees are not working unauthorized overtime.
  • More reporting
  • Better ease of use with tracking PTO
  • It has saved me multiple hours calculating payroll from paper records
Well suited for industries with technicians that go to various locations during the day. Well suited for high-tech companies as well as companies that have remote employees and contractors. Their live chat feature is amazing, Elaina M. in chat answered all my questions and accomplished all my tasks without having to pass me off to anyone else! Not well suited for companies who do not like to use high tech solutions and are more comfortable with paper records - I think that would be the only reason not to use this!
