We currently use it in our Services department to track time at the project/task level.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The solution overall is pretty easy to setup and or migrate to from an existing application.
The interface is also easy to use and train others on.

Cons

I would like to see a favorites option on the manual score card. Basically the ability to select specific projects as favorites and the option to add all favorites to the next week's time sheet.
