We use it to track time for our field technicians and several office employees.
Pros
- Nearly seamless integration with Quickbooks.
- Responsive support techs.
- User friendly app and online interface.
Cons
- Not creating duplicate entries in Quickbooks when times are changed.
- It makes billing to customers simpler and more accurate. We are able to get paid on more time than previous tracking methods.
QuickBooks integration was the decision point at that time.
