Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
TSheets is currently being used by our Installation department; they have been using it for the past year. I recently added part of our customer service department and will currently add the remainder of our customer service department and our accounting department. It is for our managers to see where our crews are at any given moment and watch to see if overtime will occur.
- You can see if employees will accrue overtime.
- Timesheets can be downloaded into Excel format.
- The reports are great! You can see how many total hours are spent on a project.
- Ease of adding and subtracting employees and jobs.
- I really love the Live Chat when I have questions not answered on the FAQ / Website. BD1 was great helping me out when adding employees with custom permissions.
- Easy to access and read website for help.
- Having the short code added to the downloaded Excel reports would help.
- Made payroll processes more efficient.
- Ensure transparency for management to see if members are about to enter into overtime.
- Great resource for assistance when needed. BD1 was great at answering my questions.
- Ease of use for those timing in and out.
This is the best time clock system we've used. We never had any issue with our crew timing in and out when they are in and out at the job sites. Correcting time is easy. Easy to use when allocating job costs when we receive the credit card statements (this shows where our guys were without us calling them). This also shows when they are entering into overtime.
