Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets allows our organization to better track part-time employees' billable time.

Pros

  • The user interface is straightforward.
  • The site loads quickly and runs well (no glitches with time sheets not being "clocked in").

Cons

  • The initial setup could have been better. Upon signup many of the menu items were literally replaced by a horizontal bar. There was an email verification sent, but it was not clear that use of the site was pending this verification.
  • The fact that it is an Intuit product and the data can be exported is a fantastic time saver.
We have not tried another solution other than an old-fashioned Excel spreadsheet. This is a superior product compared to Excel.
It is a robust system so anyone from a simple 1099 with one job role to someone working in various departments can track their hours accurately.
