Overall Satisfaction with UberConference
UberConference is a great software for hosting screen shares and conference calls. Even in the free version, you are able to obtain a custom URL (usually extra) and a dedicated dial-in with PIN. It enables you to set up recurring meetings since the data is the same and also provides a nice plug-in into Google Apps for populating your personal UberConference details into a meeting request.
- Screen sharing is an important part of the selling and supporting process.
- Allows our teams to have dedicated conference credentials without worrying about a per-seat fee.
- The software could make it easier to hand off control to another user.
- Our teams use this virtually every day. It makes it easy to meet with clients and share a screen and display analytics. This takes questions about "where is that" etc,. out of the conversation and makes our client success and sales much more efficient.
- Sometimes face to face is better.
I'll be honest, we chose it based on cost and features. And compared to FreeConferenceCall.com and the other free solutions it had everything we needed. I know FreeConferenceCall.com has added more features, but at the time, Uber was the one for us! It had custom URLs dedicated phone numbers with PIN etc. It gave us the feature we would have had to pay for on other services.
