Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform
We've been incorporating UiPath in many business processes with amazing results. It has made our teams' lives a lot easier by automating data entry between different apps, eliminating repetitive tasks that everybody hates doing. We won a lot of time to use on more interesting tasks where we can actually make a difference.
Pros
- Support for most web apps and desktop apps, even Citrix.
- Can be used in attended or unattended modes.
- Orchestrator is a great visual workflow designer.
Cons
- The debugging mode could be improved.
- When several XAML files are open, the developing mode becomes sluggish.
- Price may be an issue for larger teams.
- Massive ROI when integrated with business processes consisting of repetitive tasks.
- Team satisfaction has increased because repetitive tasks have vanished.
UiPath is easier to learn and use than most competitive solutions like Jacada or Contextor.
Its application support is also on-par with the best.
