Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used UiPath for GRC reporting purposes in which SAP risks are extracted and automated in a good manner. Also, we have deployed this in the SAP implementation cycle to carry out repetitive tasks like role creation, user creation, and password resets. Excel automation is also completed and ensures the analytics are in a presentable format.

UI path is well suited in automating data processing that is less critical to business. It is also well suited to repetitive tasks which do not involve any decision making logic. UI path is less appropriate in audits and IT security as we cannot automate functionalities that are critical to business. However, data extraction can be done.
