Pros

- Free learning platform with detailed material helps an organization to get trained and find developers easily.
- Regular upgrades with new features released almost every quarter.
- The best community forum where someone can post and get answers for most of their queries.
Cons
- Few legacy applications are still not supported for automation. But UiPath recently announced some activities with which legacy systems can also be well automated.
- No inbuilt chat functionality among the other developers of the team.
- No inbuilt error reporting feature. A support ticket should be raised manually.
- Employee effectiveness has improved a lot. Instead of doing the same repetitive process each and every day, no SMEs can work on something challenging.
- Most of the clients are happy and it has given more business because of the performance of UiPath automation in their core businesses.
- Cost cutting and reduction in human errors are the other benefits attained.
