Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro as our HCM system for payroll, performance review, compensation management, and benefits. It is really an industry leader for its services and support. We are also implementing Dimensions for our timekeeping system. For the compensation management part, it is really easy to build a compensation plan for an individual employee or the whole company. The performance review is user-friendly after building the review templates. The most part I like is the People Analytics for custom reporting.

The current products we are using have some good feedback and also some areas need to have some improvement. Compensation Management, Performance Review Management, People Analytics, and Dimensions are really good and easy to manage. Payroll processing, standard reports, ATS, and onboarding still have room for improvement. I am wondering if there is a multi-company processing for payroll, that will be a cost/time saver for the payroll team.

UKG Pro compensation management and performance review management are very easy to use and manage. During setting up the performance reviews, you can create different templates based on the employee types. It is a very automated process for the HR team to manage and review. From a user standpoint, it is also very user-friendly and easy to understand and complete.
