Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

It is used as our person of record system, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, compensation management, and other areas. It organizes all of our people's data to report on and store electronically. It allows us to perform our performance review assessments electronically. It is used to track applicants through the recruiting process, make hiring decisions, and have that information flow along the process. Onboarding helps us manage the employee documents pre-hire so they are ready when they are hired.

UKG Pro is very usable. From the employee's perspective, it is easy to use and gets the relevant information needed easily.
We have centralized the actual processing of payroll across multiple sites. We have been able to administer performance reviews for all necessary groups of associates.
UKG Pro is great for tracking and storing employee data and feeding information across modules, all in one system. Reporting on each of the modules separately is easy, but reporting across multiple modules is challenging; it becomes a manual process. The Core product has a lot of flexibility for configuration to business needs. The Recruiting and Onboarding modules do not have as much flexibility for configuration.

Yes - Yes, UKG is typically quick to respond to issues in the system.
If UKG is unable to get the system configured the way we would need it, they have a Share Ideas portal that allows UKG customers to share desired enhancements to the product. It seems that UKG really takes these ideas into consideration when creating future enhancements.
