We utilize UKG Pro's full suite of products, including HCM, Benefits, Pay, Talent Acquisition, Reporting, and more! As a fast-growing company, we needed a product that could customize and grow with us while providing valuable metrics and analytics in a way that can be quickly processed visually.
- Process Wizards, linking processes/steps that make sense.
- Reportability. People Analytics provides a wealth of information.
- Security. Role and qualifier based security in addition to MFA.
- Workflow building.
- Bi-directional connection between UKG products(Core & HRSD for example).
- Enhanced guidance on best practices when utilizing upgraded products in conjunction with Core.
- Substantially increased auditability.
- Provides a much clearer picture of labor force and dollar.
- Reduced administration costs with ESS/MSS.
Recruiting, scheduling, compliance reporting.
- Kronos Workforce Dimensions / UKG Dimensions (discontinued)
UKG Pro HCM is much more robust and has increased functionality over that of Dimensions HCM.
