Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Used for time and attendance, as well as scheduling and general workforce management. The biggest problem it addresses is getting the right people scheduled accurately in the right place at the right time with little difficulty from our users.

Pros

  • Intuitive for end users
  • Continually evolving
  • Supportive to our admins

Cons

  • Scalability can be difficult for large-scale enterprises
  • Can sometimes be difficult implementing company-specific policies and configurations if they are very unique to your company and not others.
  • Increased engagement with the software
  • High usage with the mobile app, allowing leaders to stay on the salesfloor
Employee self service and reporting.
The reliability of the software and its IT processes have been a huge help to me as an administrator, resulting in very low stress and a high confidence in the system.

Well suited for almost any business. There can be difficulty implementing custom scenarios for larger businesses, but there's always a creative solution to make it work. You sometimes just need to think out of the box to pull it off, but it can always be accomplished.
