Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG PRO for onboarding and recruitment plus payroll processing.

Pros

  • Onboarding is quick!
  • Ability to change email in recruiting gateway and merge profiles

Cons

  • Ability to change the email (and log in) to the onboarding gateway
  • Ease of onboarding prior to hire
