Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, We use UKG Pro for open enrollment and training.

  • Open enrollment process
  • Performance reviews

Cons

  • I think in UKG Pro there's room for Home page improvement
  • I think the Performance review action items in UKG Pro have room for improvement
  • Easy to login
I use it individually vs as an hr manager
I gave UKG Pro this usability rating because, in my experience, UKG Pro is easy to understand

If asked, I think I would tell a colleague that, in my experience, UKG Pro Training is great. I think Performance reviews in UKG Pro are a little confusing.
