We use UKG Ready for payroll, compliance training, recording and distribution of our monthly safety meetings. All policy and handbook review and acknowledgment are in UKG Ready. As well as links to our online apparel store as well as communication of company events, etc.

We have had UKG Ready for just over a year and have had great results. The carrier connections took way too long in the initial process, and I was very disappointed.
