We use UKG Ready for Time and Attendance and HR Actions. Leave management and Learning system

  • Easier tracking of Credentials for management and HR
Ease of use. Save time. Paperless documentation. Various reporting capabilities eg Leave, employee details, managers reports. Simple Scheduling set up and robust system . Dashboard feel and look.
Using API into Payroll systems. Works very well. There is an error log to check on any problems
I think mainly when we streamlined the HRIS and Payroll systems we cut down on processing times by probably 50% overall. So managers taking less time to check change approve timesheets. And processing any employee details all done online now
