Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

I use UKG Ready for Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, and onboarding. We always run into problems when requesting file feeds from certain vendors; the lag time and fees are always an issue.

Pros

  • Pop up warnings to make sure what you are doing is really what you want to do.
  • Very helpful in running processes they way our company runs process.
  • Making the payroll process as seamless as possible.

Cons

  • Any changes we need to make within our system seems to always have a fee.
  • Communication between our ERM's and us are not the best.
  • Easier hiring process now that we use the recruitment module.
As far as our EE I feel they don't use it to it's full potential.
We are in the process of integrating Backstitch but have had a few hiccups along the way with file feeds that are needed to complete the integration.
I have found the live chat to be very useful. Again, since I am new to this system, I have had to learn on my own through trial and error, but when I'm completely stumped, live chat has saved me.
