Because, I myself experienced it and still using it, further trainings and research will equip me and my team to better utilize the platform
some other vendors don’t use UKG
It really reduces a lot of work in my HR Department, all reports can be pulled based on your needs, easy access to all employees profile for tracking purposes and updates.
particularly because of time keeping, time cards, cut off and rounding time clock ins and out
