Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

we can’t use Linkedin as our hiring platform. We are limited characters to our performance reviews and forced to give numerical ratings when we don’t want to. We cannot get our PTO system to accrue properly.

we are not able to use a lot of features because they either don’t work or don’t work for our organization.
this was horrible integration into our organization.
it has negatively affected my workload because I’m having to spend more time on figuring out problems that have arisen within the software.
