Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)

We are a UKG licensee, processing payroll for about 100 entities—small to large in various industries. We have accounting and payroll departments within our office, about 2/3 accounting, 1/3 payroll. We pay about 12,000 people in a given month.
  • Covers all scenarios
  • Intuitive
  • Evolves with new ideas/legislation
  • Highlighting changes for licensees in a more meaningful way.
  • Treating licensees on an equal playing field with direct clients.
  • We try to be 45% profitable on each client. Some are achieve, some not.
I think and I've heard it's one of, if not, the best on the market.
I feel mostly in control of my team. The system is very broad and nuanced so I think some more controls in place would be good, but likely, they exist and just need to be implemented.

I'm happy with the product and think it is superior to other platforms on the market. My complaint would only be related to the constantly evolving look and functionality and not always feeling like I'm abreast/knowledgeable about those changes. The system is so wide, it's hard enough to become an expert, but with how things change, it's always a moving target.
