Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UKG Ready is used by the whole organization in North America. We manage timesheets, time off requests, payroll, [and] signing onboarding documents in UKG Ready. Last year is was very easy to transition from in-person onboarding to online onboarding. thank you for such a great product!

Constantly evolving.
Has guides and different helpful videos.

Changing looks / layout too often.
Chat support could be improved with more functions able to handle.

Saves time in doing government forms.
Less human error.
Easier to do ad-hoc reports.

Meets all the needs at the moment.

Role-based Success

Much easier to do 1095-C forms as well as EEO-1 report.
Saves time to do online onboarding.

Quality of Resources

Not really consistent and not easy to follow.
There is too much information out there in My Learning.

This is great option to eliminate human error, but really small companies might not need it. Takes time to keep system updated and keep up with the changes
