Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across the whole organization. It's one system for an employee database and payroll. It also allows a seamless transition from applicant to new hire through our Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

Pros

  • UltiPro has great training.
  • Our employees can access their information from anywhere.
  • It is very user friendly, which empowers our leaders to manage their teams.

Cons

  • Be able to return a change/termination through workflow for correction without having to deny or cancel it.
  • Easier way to find/cancel a review through Talent Management.
  • More security for the Onboarding and Recruiting modules.
