Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We are using UltiPro across the organization to run payroll/HR and is our system of record for all employee information. Prior to the implementation of UltiPro we had manual processes. UltiPro has allowed us to provide more information and control to employees through employee self service.
- System of Record - it allows us to have all employee information in one place and ties together both HR and payroll.
- Recruiting & On-Boarding - the system may not be as robust as some Applicant Tracking systems, however when you are a small company (135 employees) it provides a seamless way to track open positions and allow candidates to complete all new hire paperwork on-line.
- Open enrollment - having a dispersed workforce, it has made open enrollment easy. The system allows for easy configuring of information and you can avoid missing forms. Open enrollment is now an easy process.
- Time Management - we pay our employee current and not in arrears. Time Management does not allow for an easy process and you are always reconciling time off and OT two weeks or a month after the fact.
- Customization - the system is user friendly and allows for great customization however until you begin to use the system, it is very difficult to navigate through the system...it is the saying you don't know what you don't know.
