Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used internally for most aspects of HR, payroll, benefits, and time management. BI provides data for all other departments. All employees use self service.

Pros

  • Business Intelligence through IBM Cognos
  • Self-Service for employees/managers

Cons

  • Integration support, especially for importing data into the system
  • Payroll is glitchy
If you have extensive reporting needs UltiPro is a great option. Self service options are good for all employees to use.
