Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used as our HRIS and time management system. Employees use self service to change basic information. It is mainly used in HR. It allows for associates to manage basic information and to look up their pay and other items. It allows us to house all our associates' basic information in one spot. It allows us to keep track of time and attendance.
- Front office is pretty intuitive. Allows to find information quickly.
- Allows for folks to manage their time, attendance and PTO.
- Varying components -- when working with an expert in one area they may not be able to help answer questions about another function.
- Ease of support- many times question can't be answered solved at first level and need to be escalated.
I inherited Ultipro. I am excited to learn more about the system and other opportunities available to us and if they fit with our organization future growth plans
I would recommend that you look at your internal processes to see if the system works well with your current organization structure and needs. I would look to integrate a few functions for seamless data migration.
