Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Our organization uses UltiPro core for HR management and payroll management. It is used across the whole organization. It solved the issue of managing multiple softwares within the same organization.
- It does what exactly what it is configured to do.
- It speeds up the payroll processes.
- It allows for configuring different processes for different procedures.
- Not flexible enough to adopt to different situations.
- Have to develop work-arounds sometimes.
- Not a strong connection with NetSuite.
