Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use Ultipro for our Open Enrollments and Employee Self-Service. ESS helped us go paperless!
  • BI is an excellent tool. It allows quick double checks of our work (eg payroll entry)
  • Workflows allows HR to process employee changes quickly and without paper
  • Easy access for employees to retrieve past paychecks and W-2s
  • Ultipro offers free training to thier customers
  • Thier developers are constantly listening to customers requests and improving thier product.
  • Change the timeout to more than 30 minutes.
  • More web on-demand classes for BI
  • Allow ESS to store documents more efficiently
  • Allow emails on OE to be sent via Outlook so that I can monitor who actually opened and read my email reminder
  • On-demand dashboard training
HR Partner and Ceridian - Ultipro is much more user friendly
Have Ultimate offer clients the opportunity to speak with other clients in their field (eg law firms) prior to setting up their systems.

Using UltiPro

Ultipro keeps improving and my team at Ultimate is fantastic (Adrienne Bennett and Brian Doyle). The best (recent) improvement was to add Tiffany then Brian to the Ultimate mix.

Adrienne Bennett and Brian Doyle are wonderful and always go above and beyond for Stroock. They know everything (or monitor the case process) and always respond immediately to Stroock.

Yes - It was a few years ago and, while the answer took several weeks, we received a honest answer.
Every case that Adrienne Bennett works on. She is the main reason why I am so pleased with Ultimate's customer service. (Brian Doyle is the second). When Adrienne is assigned to one of my cases, I never worry. I know it will be resolved quickly and professionally.
