- Workflows allows HR to process employee changes quickly and without paper
- Easy access for employees to retrieve past paychecks and W-2s
- Ultipro offers free training to thier customers
- Thier developers are constantly listening to customers requests and improving thier product.
- Change the timeout to more than 30 minutes.
- More web on-demand classes for BI
- Allow ESS to store documents more efficiently
- Allow emails on OE to be sent via Outlook so that I can monitor who actually opened and read my email reminder
- On-demand dashboard training
