Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

The full organization utilizes UltiPro for at least payroll. We use it for tracking employees and doing payroll. We also use eRecruit and Time and Attendance.

Pros

  • Access to BI reporting is valuable
  • Seems to be making improvements and becoming mor web friendly
  • Has been helpful for doing our payroll and managing piecework with UltiPro Time & Attendance (UTA)

Cons

  • There are a lot of pages that show all code in drop down lists...we have to add customizations in order to remove inactive codes
  • We still need back office for some payroll functions...looking to see everything covered
  • A true LMS would be helpful
Hard to answer...didn't get to see the Ultipro demo when we were comparing products for talent management and I haven't used other systems.
