Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
The full organization utilizes UltiPro for at least payroll. We use it for tracking employees and doing payroll. We also use eRecruit and Time and Attendance.
- Access to BI reporting is valuable
- Seems to be making improvements and becoming mor web friendly
- Has been helpful for doing our payroll and managing piecework with UltiPro Time & Attendance (UTA)
- There are a lot of pages that show all code in drop down lists...we have to add customizations in order to remove inactive codes
- We still need back office for some payroll functions...looking to see everything covered
- A true LMS would be helpful
Hard to answer...didn't get to see the Ultipro demo when we were comparing products for talent management and I haven't used other systems.
