Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is run by the HR department and used by the whole company. We utilize Core, Payroll, Benefits, Life Events, Talent Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, UDES, Carrier Network, etc. This addresses all technological needs of our HR department.
  • Data management/records.
  • User experience from an admin, manager, and employee perspective.
  • Data integration with other systems and vendors.
  • Continue to implement configurability.
  • Reduce the fees associated with consulting services - way too many things fall into the "custom" arena and the quoted hours are so general that it's hard to even know if the technology resources are really working the hours that you are billed for on the invoices.
Much more customizable!
You have to be in an organization that is willing to provide financial support and have at least one dedicated internal resource willing to learn the product. UltiPro is not an out of the box product which makes it wonderful, but also requires dedicated resources internal to the company.
