Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Ultipro is being used as the main software by our company. All employee information as well as payroll is used in Ultimate. Our employees each have a log in with Ultimate so that they can view their profile information, make any changes (address, direct deposit etc.), and view their pay stubs.
- Great 'quick tours' that are very helpful to learn things you are unsure on how to do in the system.
- All information is in the system and we can run payroll in the same system. Many other software/companies sometimes need to use two different software.
- E-mails get set frequently on the new updates that Ultimate Software provides.
- Our company backdates a lot of changes in the system. It would be nice to go back and put in a date that has passed without getting an 'exception'. Right now we need to put in a case for it.
- To delete a mistake. For example, salary history and job update, if it is a mistake we would like to delete it from the history section so we don't get confused in the future as well as employees. Right now we need to put in a case. Relating to the whole 'backdating' note above.
- Ability to create multiple profile accounts by ourselves. Due to us having a union, we need two active accounts for some of our pilots and we are unable to add ourselves.
I hope for our use of Ultimate to grow by learning of the new updates/options that Ultimate offers that would be best for our company in the future. Just going live this past January, I know Ultimate has many more features that we could add to our company that would be of help.
We previously used ADP software system. ADP was very outdated, unlike Ultimate, and we had to use two different portals due to our many different company codes. With Ultimate, we are able to just use one and have EVERYONE in our company in it which is really nice since we don't have to open up different browsers.
