Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Ultipro is used across the entire organization as an internal tool to track everything essential to the employee and company as a whole. It organizes the need to have several external sites for things like tax information, employee/company information, and time sheets.
  • Organization of internal necessaries such as time management, training, etc
  • Clean UI
  • Integrating personal and work-related needs, such as providing HR information as well as extra information on things like "how to stay healthy", etc
  • Staff trees--this might be on the company's end, but it's a little hard to navigate the staff/management trees (UI needs work)
  • The mobile app could be more mobile friendly
I love using the site because it has everything in one place--time management, time off, staff information, company information, insurance information--everything is in one place so it makes it super easy to access (and fewer passwords to remember).
