Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Ultipro is our HCM system that is used across the entire organization. It addresses various business issues from time capture, hr process efficiency to ultimately the most important thing, employee payroll.
Pros
- Ease of use for end users
- BI reporting through cognos is second to none.
- Open Enrollment being automated through Ulitpro is a win for both employees and the company
Cons
- Mobile app has limited functionality at the current time.
