Overall Satisfaction with UserWay

We use UserWay on our company website. As an Audiology Practice that serves patients with hearing loss, it is not uncommon for those same people to also have vision problems. The UserWay interface and options for vision and other disabilities are designed well and are very intuitive for users. We have received many compliments for implementing this software/widget on our website as it makes their first and recurrent visits to our website more enjoyable.

  • ROI is hard to measure but we have heard positive feedback from people who have visited our site and needed to adjust the font/curser size.
Early on in our search process for accessibility software to make sure we were compliant, it was obvious that UserWay was a clear choice and the best fit for our company. It can be added to multiple sites and functionally provides everything you need. You have the ability to purchase certain add-ons but they are not necessary to have a wonderful and useful product.

UserWay would be a "no brainer" for businesses and organizations that have older and special needs demographics of people using their website. I can't imagine having a website without this valuable service. It makes navigating and using our website much easier and enjoyable for people who are dyslexic, need a larger font, prefer to turn off animations, etc. Since it can be turned on and off by each user and reset back to normal defaults, I can't think of a scenario where this valuable resource would not make sense to have.
