Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

It's used as a customer relationship management software, where we are able to contact our clients' leads through email, SMS, and VOIP. We are a sales agency so the entire sales team, up to 50 people, were using the software at any given time. The company was able to do huge volumes of outbound dialing thanks to VanillaSoft's easy to use software.

I've used Close.com as a sales CRM, and VanillaSoft highly exceeds it in terms of capabilities. The Close.com dialer is not effective and for any serious person doing outbound dials, it is not valid. VanillaSoft has a simple and intuitive user interface that allows the user to experience an effortless workflow.

I'd recommend VanillaSoft for any organization requiring high volumes of outbound dialing. Also, it would be well suited for sales agencies that are managing a significant amount of clients' leads with various projects. It's less appropriate as a CRM for smaller organizations that do not have a heavy emphasis on outbound dialing.
