Overall Satisfaction with Vasion Print

We use Vasion Print on all our copiers to secure our printing and Personally Identifiable Information. We make every employee create a pin and use that to login to the copier to print their jobs. This eliminates the chance of prints being intercepted or left unattended at copiers. It also integrates nicely with our current identity management.

  • No PII leaks
As far as end users are concerned they require little training on how to login to Vasion Print on our copiers. For the admins once it is setup its very intuitive where to find certain settings or where to go to troubleshoot any issues
We run no print servers other than Vasion Print. We can get a printer delivered to a new satellite office and with only some information from the printer we can remote configure everything our users need. We don't get many calls about printing issues and it is easy to train users on how to use it
