Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for AWS

Customer wanted to backup 230TB of data on-premise to their AWS infrastructure and as the product name implies, it does just that.
  • Backing up to AWS cloud as a storage target
  • Restoring from AWS cloud back to the original VM, new VM, sandbox environment, etc.
  • Ease of use in managing backups overall like the VEEAM B&R suite of products
  • If they could back up O365/Exchange Online data from Microsoft cloud to Azure AWS
  • Restoring from AWS to O365/Exchange Online/Azure
  • Seamlessly integrates with VEEAM Backup and Replication
  • Being able to backup data from on-premise and AWS cloud data to AWS
  • Being able to restore data from on-premise and AWS cloud data to AWS
  • Saved a lot of time and effort when restoring single files
  • Saved a lot of time restoring full VMs
  • Saved a ton on resources since it doesn't require too much technical know-how in order to learn the product
Veeam [Backup for AWS] is the best backup product out there, period. Lightyears ahead in product features and ease of deployment and use.

If you already have an AWS tenant and need to backup on-premise VMs or AWS cloud data, this is the product to go. Veeam [Backup for AWS] is designed to backup and restore VMs. The GUI and setup is the best I've ever used and I've used them all.
