Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365
We wanted a backup for our Office 365 as a secondary solution to cover the shared calendars, contact lists, and tasks that users save on their profiles.

- Changes to user numbers takes time to show on the console.
- Great to know that we have a secondary backup store for any accidents.
We reviewed various solutions but this came up as the best for cost and ease of use. We have various shared calendars and other resources that were not covered by our existing solutions so this was the perfect compromise.
We've done numerous tests and it's very simple to backup user's accounts. The search and retrieval process is also very simple to use too.
We've yet to have to rely on the recovery so I'm unable to share too many insights other than the tests we've performed all came up trumps.
Very easy to manage what we want to backup, and having the ability to backup to local NAS drives saves on further outgoings with more cloud costs.
The features offered for the cost are hard to beat, and once installed and setup, you can certainly trust that it was a good investment.
