Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform
To backup and restore data for many different types of users and applications. It is used institution wide.

There are three workloads currently protected including cloud, virtual and physical. These three are the same number of workloads planned to be backed up and stored when contracted. We create data this way and Veeam Data Platform was poised to backup and restore our data in this way without and change in work activity or loss of production or data.

Poor performance of existing backup and recovery service. Excellent discussions and demos with Veeam Data Platform. A product that suited our needs well without significant change or revision by us. A company that actively works with small and mid-size business too and not just large corporations. Veeam Data Platform pricing can be steep but the subscription is reachable even for smaller business. Maybe this will be improved further too.
Cloud based storage is one of the workloads that we use. It is beneficial because it grants security from physical catastrophe such as flooding or fire or physical theft. It also provides convenient recovery for all types of users and needs and clearly provides remote 24 hour recovery which is very convenient.
Veeam Data Platform has proven to be much better in terms of both backup and recovery. The product is easier to use, more intuitive and also equally priced. Support is far more responsive and clear with Veeam Data Platform and also has seen more prompt adoption by users than was the case with Rubrik.
