Vena - On the Surface Level

Vena is being used to help with budgeting and forecasting in my department and also acts as a way to obtain information from our ERP system. It is currently being used in our accounting and finance team. It saves a lot of time during month-end processes when we need to summarize accounting balances and do variance analyses because Vena is able to summarize and compare them all in one report as opposed to generating several reports to produce the same outcome.

They are always available for us to contact in case we have any questions regarding what was implemented. Questions are always encouraged and the support team is always willing to show us how to use the software to fit our organizational needs. It is a pleasure to work with the support team.

With the time that Vena has saved us on generating reports, it has provided a quicker turnover to produce the reports with the desired information which has allowed for quicker and more rapid business decisions to be made. The ease of use lets us get to generate the reports that we want and allows us to organize them quickly into the format that our executive team would like the information to be presented in.
