Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Our organisation is using Vena for financial palnning and managing budgets. Though its uses are spread across the whole organisation, it is currently being used by finance and accounting departments. There are several problems which I observed Vena solve for our organisation, some of them include:
1. Efficient workflows - It excludes the need of working manually with loads of data on excel
2. Accurate reports: Vena helps us understand the data by providing accurate and error free reports at one place
3. Collaboration: As it allows us to collaborate and work together, we saved a lot of time while working with large amounts of data

Cons
- Vena is not very suitable for small organisations or small amounts of data
- While the standard features are good, I observed that the scope for customisation is limited
- Not very mobile friendly
- Using Vena helped us reduce cost on hiring for basic and repetitive tasks, especially during budgeting seasons
- It contributed in better decision-making thus improving our investment strategy. I can't particularly disclose numbers but we saved a good amount of money, which otherwise would've gone into a bad investment.
- Learning curve was a big challenge. It took time for our organisation and employees to adapt to the platform and its features
I noticed that our team was given knowledge base with all the necessary details to know about how the paltform works. It helped us in speeding up the learning curve. And their customer support was amazing, with a dedicated customer success manager, we were able to quickly adapt to the platform without any issues.
In our case, What if analysis provided by Vena has played a major role in handling rapid business decisions. It enhanced our decision making process by allowing us to contemplate the results like profitability and cash flow . By doing this we narrowed down the options and finalised the better one.
