Overall Satisfaction with Vena

Vena is by our Finance Department , along with HR and Operation , it supports our financial planning and analysis , including budgeting , forecasting , and management reporting .the big problem Vena solves is the manual spreadsheet work ,which is make our data more accurate .Users now can manage templates , and automate reports .before using Vena our data was a total miss because of users 's errors and false analyzes , thus Vena really solved a huge problem .Implementing Vena didn't take long actually , it's an easy implementing solution , the operation went smooth and easy Another thing Vena do is addressing key business challenges such as time-consuming budget cycles , data version control and real time visibility into performance metrics using great Excel-Based models

  • It does provide very reliable version control and eliminate chaos from random spreadsheets
  • It reduces manual steps by automating workflows and approval processes

  • Navigation workflow could be more intuitive while managing multiple templates
  • The platform view is very complex for our new users without proven Excel experience
  • We need dashvoard tools to be more flexible and modern .
  • Vena has reduced our budgeting and improved data which saved our finance team many hours for every month
  • The platform helped data driven decision and improved financial performance .

Vena support team has been consistent from the start , the sales team told us the capabilities and the limitations , which helped setting realistic expectations , without forgetting the costumer support who quickly addressed issues after the go live . they really remained engaged which helped us optimize workflows for better performance . we really appreciate them a lot .
Vena really made our financial data far more reliable , which allowed leadership to make faster and data driven decisions , without waiting for manual spreadsheet , this kind of agility has helped us respond faster to changing business conditions . also the platform automation and reporting tools eliminates delays cased by manual updates , this allowed our teams to identify trends and take corrective action more faster than before
Honestly and in evaluation with other tools , Vena outperformed competitors like Workday Adaptive Planning ,because it offers centralized financial planning with strong automation while still keeping Excel at the core , speeding up the reporting cycles and achieving wider adoption across departments , which was the key factor for our selection . Vena is really a game changer .

Vena s great for corporations whom use Excel for budgeting and forecasting, in the other side Vena is less suitable for organization with small budgets for operation development, startups won't be able to cover the cost of it , again it's great tool for organizations managing complex financial models , and reporting workflows
