Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena makes it easy to complete month-end checklists/controls. All outstanding tasks can be easily found on a single dashboard/screen, making it easy to follow up with the respective owner/manager. It increases the efficiency of the month-end process, making it feasible to close the month in as little as two days.
  • Last-minute adjusting transaction updates. All changes are applied throughout all Financial Statements
  • Completion of month end checklist and follow up with owner.
  • Uploading a trial balance can be timely. This makes refreshing Vena due to last minute changes a timely process.
  • Time spend on month end can be completed in few as 2 days for the core operations.
Preparing financial statements. Any changes in the trial balance can be updated across all financial statements. This eliminates the time spent on identifying variances when they are adjusting journal entries.
