Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Our organization currently uses Vena for Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, and Time Tracking. The software is very flexible and we plan to implement many other processes and tasks into Vena. We love that the software makes our processes more efficient.

I truly feel that Vena is the best of the bunch. Not only does it provide superior user experience, but it also costs less than these competitors.
Vena does a great job of making it easy for end-users to actually use. It does this by leveraging the power and familiarity of Excel to drive the end-user experience. If you have an organization that is resistant to change, and you fear they might not be keen to learn new software, then Vena is a great solution since they won't have to learn a new system. As long as they can use Excel, they will be able to use Vena.

For back end users, Vena utilizes the strengths of Excel, while adding functionality to compensate for the weaknesses of Excel (i.e. privacy and permissions, linking issues, consolidating, etc). The combination of Vena and Excel provide a superior end-user experience and make the back end work for the Finance/Accounting Teams easier to manage, more efficient, and more accurate, by reducing the number of human touchpoints.
