Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Being used across the organization. Problems are getting people to understand how to use the software.
  • Puts data into one place for budget process.
  • The amount of detail and items you are able to put into Vena
  • Quicker budget process with more visibility into what is happening.
  • Lots of technical issues.
  • Not every consultant knows what they are doing.
Vena great for creating the budget, but getting it to link with financial systems has been challenging. With the challenges to link to the financial system, we are not able to fully move over to using vVna to its maximum capacity.

The consultant we have tends to make the situation worse rather than helping us do it better. So it becomes time-consuming having to find time to find solutions to errors that are happening.
