Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

At this time, the use of Vena Solutions is required in different departments for monthly data and budget management, eliminating our old manual information collection system, which only generated many technical errors, generally basic errors and very easy to solve. They were caused by not having an integration with Excel and ERP. All employees have access to data records on a monthly and permanent basis with Vena Solutions. All this translates into savings of time, effort, headaches and money. Finally I want to mention that not everything is perfect with Vena Solutions, the connection with the ERP requires a high technical knowledge and it took us more than a month to adapt.
  • Vena Solutions eliminates all manual errors that generally occur every month due to lack of experience.
  • Excel and ERP are fully integrated with Vena Solutions.
  • All financial reports can be viewed by different departments at the same time.
  • Managing workflow is difficult.
  • A lot of complexity to adapt our ERP with Vena Solutions. Operation is adequate, but setup can be very complex.
  • Eliminating manual errors allows for a rewarding saving of effort and money.
  • It is complemented with Excel and ERP.
  • ROI display with monthly data.
Establishing communication with a Vena Solutios customer service agent is a very simple task. It is fast and fluid, generally you have to connect to a direct chat with its experts and solve live problems live or simply run Vena tools to optimize our work.

I have no hesitation in recommending Vena Solutions, it will not be easy to learn how to use Vena with ERP, but after going through this long and tedious process I can say that it is worth the effort. This process can be shorter by requesting specialized technical help from the Vena Solutions team.
